We want you to love your skincare purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

    * Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

    * For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products do not need to be shipped back.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    * Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    * Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

3. How to Start a Refund

To initiate a refund:

    2. Include your order number and reason for return.

4. Refunds

    * Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    * Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process. You will be notified by email. 

    * Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
